Job summary

EFI Global, a leading engineering and forensic consulting firm, seeks a Regional Business Development Manager in the United States to drive market growth across assigned territories.

You will represent the firm at industry events, build executive-level relationships, analyze opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional teams to win new business. Travel will be required, with a focus on expanding EFI Global’s market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
• Two years of experience in business development, sales support, account management, client engagement, or similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Represents the organization at industry conferences, trade shows, association meetings, and networking events within an assigned territory.
• Increases company visibility and strengthens relationships within targeted industry sectors.
• Documents findings and provides business development recommendations to internal stakeholders.
• Develops and executes follow-up plans for contacts established through events, conferences, and association activities.
• Gathers intelligence from conferences, events, and professional networks and shares relevant market insights.
