ABB seeks a sales-enabled leader based in Houston, TX, to support the North America region with blending and formulation knowledge. The role collaborates with the Sales organization to develop opportunities and optimize customer solutions throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities include shaping division sales plans, analyzing market needs, and guiding proposals. A strong background in blending systems and direct sales is required, with a focus on Elastomers, Lubricants, and related

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
7+ years of relevant experience if using an Associate degree route.
9+ years of relevant technical/industry experience with a high school diploma.

Create division sales plans in coordination with the Sales organization.
Analyze customer needs and competitor offers using market information.
Ensure effective marketing actions and communications to sales and customers.
Communicate value propositions of ABB products, systems, and services.
