Job summary

Basys Processing is seeking an experienced RBD Executive to drive new business growth across an assigned territory. You will self-source leads, manage the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to onboarding, and collaborate with referral partners to tailor fintech solutions for merchants.

This remote, nationwide role requires strong consultative selling, relationship-building, and CRM discipline, plus a track record of 5+ years in outside B2B sales and fintech or merchant services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years outside B2B sales with self-sourced success.
• Experience in fintech, merchant services, or financial sales preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, referrals.
• Develop and execute a personal prospecting strategy to grow a book of business.
• Collaborate with referral partners to educate on Basys solutions.
• Obtain and analyze merchant statements to tailor proposals.
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding.
• Represent Basys at events to generate leads and build brand awareness.
