Evotym is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead growth in assigned territories with a fully remote role. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, cultivate relationships with banks, fintechs, and merchants, and collaborate with product and risk teams to tailor processing solutions and digital banking platforms.

The role requires proven B2B payments experience, a strong network of decision-makers, and the ability to close complex deals.

Qualifications

• Strong B2B sales experience in payments, card acquiring, issuer processing, or banking tech.
• Proven track record of independently generating business and closing complex deals with financial institutions.
• Proficiency in engaging C-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Experience with fintech environments and large enterprise partnerships.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the regional sales strategy for issuer/acquirer processing and related solutions.
• Develop a regional sales plan with target accounts and opportunities.
• Build and manage a pipeline through industry networks and proactive outreach.
• Own the full sales cycle from initial discussions to negotiations and closing.
• Collaborate with product, technical, risk, and compliance teams to address client needs.
