Job summary

Basys Processing in the United States is seeking an experienced RBD Executive to drive new merchant services growth through self-sourced opportunities and strategic partnerships. You will build a robust pipeline, tailor value-driven proposals, and manage the full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding, including credit/debit processing and integrated payment solutions.

The role demands consultative selling, relationship-building, and disciplined territory management.

Qualifications

• Outside B2B sales experience with a proven track record.
• Fintech, merchant services, or financial sales preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and accurate data entry.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactively self-source new business opportunities to build pipeline.
• Develop and execute a personal prospecting strategy.
• Collaborate with referral partners to drive opportunities.
• Obtain and analyze merchant statements to tailor proposals.
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding.
• Sell merchant services and fintech solutions aligned to client needs.
• Maintain a current CRM pipeline with outreach and follow-up.
