Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales of Xtime products to franchise dealerships across Louisiana and Eastern Texas. The role is remote but requires heavy travel to grow revenue and expand the dealer network.

You will build relationships with dealers, deliver solutions, and exceed revenue targets while representing Cox Automotive Retail Solutions with integrity and strategic insight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years' related experience or a combination as described in the posting.
• Valid driver's license required and ability to travel 60-75% in territory.

Responsibilities

• Sell Xtime products to franchise car dealerships.
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual revenue targets.
• Build and maintain dealer relationships and provide product insights to internal teams.
• Travel extensively (70%+) within Louisiana and Eastern Texas to cover assigned territory.
