Job summary

Cox Automotive Retail Solutions is seeking a driven Regional Sales Manager to lead VinSolutions product sales across a broad territory. This remote role requires extensive travel (70%+), with a focus on Northern California Bay Area, Utah, and Nevada.

You will drive revenue, build dealer relationships, and provide strategic insights to dealers and internal teams. Ideal candidates have strong automotive software sales experience, a history of meeting sales targets, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 6 years of experience, or alternative combos as listed in the ad.
• 2+ years experience as Retail Solutions IRSM or RSM (VinSolutions, DDC, Xtime, DMS, F&I, Auto Trader, KBB, or vAuto).
• Ability to travel up to 75% in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Sell Vinsolutions products to franchise car dealerships.
• Generate and maximize sales revenue within the assigned territory.
• Provide insights on dealer challenges and product value to internal partners.
• Build and deepen relationships with dealers and decision-makers.
• Close complex opportunities using Challenger-based selling approaches.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
