Job summary

Cox Automotive Retail Solutions is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Xtime products. This remote role requires frequent travel (70%+) within the Louisiana and Eastern Texas region to grow dealer partnerships and drive revenue.

You will lead consultative sales, build trusted relationships with Dealer Principals, Controllers, and General Managers, and use Cox selling approaches to close complex opportunities. Strong automotive software experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 6+ years of related field experience preferred.
• Experience selling software or automotive software to dealerships is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of the automotive dealership landscape and F&I processes with regional market insight.

Responsibilities

• Sell Xtime products to franchise car dealerships and maximize revenue in the assigned region.
• Generate and grow customer base; manage and expand dealer relationships.
• Provide insights on dealer challenges to internal partners and communicate product value.
• Represent Xtime and Cox Automotive products as the primary contact for dealers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build consensus for product adoption within customer organizations.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets as defined for the region.
• Travel 70% or more within the territory to cover dealers and subsidiaries.
