Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in Auto Finance, marketing, underwriting, or dealership retail finance.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of the local market and existing dealer base in and around the market area.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Well-developed presentation, relationship-building, and sales skills.
• High level of accountability and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong understanding of F&I department functions.
• Ability to work independently and across functional teams.
• Dealership operations and product knowledge.
• Ability to present the benefits and opportunities of Flagship Financial Group's lending programs.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email, LOS system, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, develop, and maintain relationships with auto dealers in assigned markets.
• Complete registration cycle for new dealers including documents and agreements.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed market goals and dealer performance.
• Identify opportunities for product improvements and new products.
• Coordinate communications between Sales, Credit, and Funding and dealership personnel.
• Provide reports and analyses for territory activity and market data.
• Maintain excellent service levels for dealer partners, including evenings and weekends.
