Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in Auto Finance or dealership retail finance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of the local market and existing dealer base.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and across functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, develop, and maintain relationships with auto dealers in assigned markets.
• Complete registration cycles for new dealers — including all documents and agreements.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed market goals and dealer performance objectives.
• Coordinate communications between Sales, Credit, Funding, and dealership personnel.
• Provide reports and analyses for territory activity, production, and market data.
• Maintain excellent service levels for dealer partners, including evenings and weekends.
