Westlake Services, LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. You will lead Dealer Account Managers, train field teams, and drive growth through dealer relationships and strategic initiatives.

The role requires extensive travel, a hands-on leadership style, and a track record in external sales management within the auto finance sector. This is a remote/home-office position with a broad regional focus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years external sales management experience leading a team of 15–20 reps
• Experience in Automotive, Finance and Sales fields
• High energy with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and sales software
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology
• Goal-oriented with a drive for advancement
• Able to communicate and work with diverse teams
• Resident of Northern California or Pacific Northwest region

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Dealer Account Managers to drive regional performance
• Manage outside sales teams across Northern California and Pacific Northwest
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new sales representatives
• Develop dealer relationships and sell company products and services
• Set sales goals, create action plans, and hold teams accountable
• Monitor performance with regular quality checks and coaching
• Represent Westlake at recruiting, marketing, and industry events
• Travel regularly within the territory to support growth
