Job summary

Flagship is seeking an Area Sales Manager to expand dealer partnerships across Southern California. This remotely-based role requires a self-starter with strong sales and negotiation skills to build and maintain dealer relationships.

You will initiate relationships with auto dealers, develop sales strategies, coordinate with Credit, Funding, and Sales teams, and report territory activity. A Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in auto finance or dealer finance are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in Auto Finance or dealership finance.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with auto dealers in assigned markets.
• Complete registration cycle for new dealers and agreements.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed market goals and dealer performance.
