Westlake Services, LLC in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Northern California and Pacific Northwest market. You will lead Dealer Account Managers, coach teams, and expand dealer relationships while traveling regularly to drive market growth.

The role requires 5+ years of external sales management, automotive/finance experience, and a Bachelor's degree. This is a remote, full-time opportunity offering a robust benefits package and bonuses.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years external sales management experience leading a team of 15–20 external reps.
• Demonstrated experience in Automotive, Finance and Sales.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a closely related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop Dealer Account Managers to drive performance.
• Manage outside sales teams across the Northern California and Pacific Northwest region.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new sales representatives.
• Drive new business by developing dealer relationships and selling company products and services.
• Establish sales goals, develop action plans, and hold the team accountable for results.
• Monitor performance through regular quality checks, coaching, reporting, and follow-up.
• Travel regularly within the assigned territory to support the team, develop dealer relationships, and drive market growth.
