Job summary

PI AgSciences US, the agricultural division of PI Industries Ltd., seeks a self-starter to grow the Illinois and Wisconsin territory. You will build dealer networks, manage growers, and run field trials to prove our portfolio locally.

You will travel extensively across the Illinois/Wisconsin region, train dealers, and partner with marketing to expand into new crops and uses. Remote-based role with significant territory visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of agriculture sales and/or account management experience within the territory.
• Demonstrated success in building new territories and launching products.
• Strong knowledge of agricultural markets and dealer networks.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales, profit, and market share targets across the assigned territory.
• Develop, document, and execute territory and dealer-level business plans.
• Identify, recruit, and develop new dealers and distributors for PI AgSciences.
• Design grower trials and demonstrations to build local proof and demand.
