Job summary

UnCommon Farms LLC in Illinois seeks an energetic Regional Sales Manager to expand our Business Solutions footprint across your territory, identify grower accounts, and close new business.

You will travel up to 50%, conduct on-site and virtual meetings, and deliver tailored presentations to solve grower pain points.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of sales experience in agribusiness, farm operations, agronomy, or a related field.
• Proven track record in high-volume sales, lead generation, and business development.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive, impactful presentations.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and secure new grower accounts through high-volume prospecting, cold calling, networking, and direct outreach.
• Build and execute a results-driven sales plan for your territory to grow the customer base and expand our market presence.
• Meet with prospective growers on-site and virtually to understand their operations, uncover pain points, and present tailored solutions.
• Deliver high-impact presentations and proposals, then negotiate and close new business that drives sustainable revenue growth.
• Represent UnCommon Farms at trade shows and industry events, and partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
