Atlas Copco North America LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager - Aftermarket to drive growth in power technique service and parts through dealer networks, rental companies, and distributors across the assigned territory. The role emphasizes developing customer relationships to expand aftermarket sales and promoting service offerings, parts, and maintenance programs.

Qualifikationen

• Two to three years of sales experience in portable industrial or construction equipment, parts, or service is preferred.
• Experience working with distributors, rental companies, or within the construction industry is a plus.
• Candidates with hands‑on technical service, service coordination, or operations management experience who are interested in moving into sales will also be considered.

Aufgaben

• Develop and strengthen customer relationships to grow aftermarket sales within existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular dealer visits and build relationships with key fleet, parts, service, and aftermarket contacts.
• Promote service offerings, parts, remanufactured equipment, major repairs, refurbishments, and service agreements to increase aftermarket business.
• Partner with Service Center Managers to coordinate customer needs, service opportunities, and service center workload.
• Manage service leads and develop maintenance programs tailored to local customer needs.
• Work with dealer partners to maintain appropriate parts inventory and turnover to support fleet uptime and maximize sales.
• Ensure service engineering change bulletins are completed throughout the dealer network in a timely manner.
• Train and support dealers in the use of service applications and tools to create an efficient transactional experience and provide strong customer and warranty support.
• Maintain strong knowledge of our service and parts offerings, business practices, and systems, including Office 365, PowerBI, Cloud for Customers (C4C), and SAP.
