Zusammenfassung

Power Technique North America LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager – Aftermarket to grow its service and parts business across Texas and neighboring states. You will build strong relationships with heavy equipment dealers, rental companies, and distributors to expand aftermarket revenue and support fleet uptime.

The role requires extensive travel (up to 60%), collaboration with service centers, and a focus on service offerings, parts, and warranties.

Qualifikationen

• Two to three years of sales experience in portable industrial or construction equipment, parts, or service.
• Experience with distributors, rental companies, or construction industry is a plus.
• Candidates with hands‑on technical service or operations management moving into sales will be considered.
• Spanish language skills are preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop and strengthen customer relationships to grow aftermarket sales.
• Conduct regular dealer visits with key fleet, parts, and service contacts.
• Promote service offerings, parts, remanufactured equipment, major repairs, refurbishments, and service agreements to increase aftermarket business.
• Partner with Service Center Managers to coordinate customer needs and workload.
• Manage service leads and develop maintenance programs tailored to local customer needs.
• Work with dealer partners to maintain appropriate parts inventory and fleet uptime.
• Train dealers in service applications and tools to enable efficient transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of service and parts offerings and systems including SAP and PowerBI.
