Job summary

Atlas Copco North America LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive profitable growth across the West Region of North America for the Power Technique portfolio. You will develop strategic plans and lead in selling compressors, nitrogen generators, and air treatment equipment to mining, oil & gas, and industrial sectors.

The role emphasizes deep industry knowledge, strong customer relationships, and collaboration with regions, distributors, and product teams to achieve revenue and margin

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
7+ years industrial sales experience.
Experience selling compressed air or industrial equipment.
Experience with mining/oil & gas sectors.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue, profitability, and market share growth across the West Region.
Identify and pursue opportunities in mining, oil & gas, petrochemical, and manufacturing sectors.
Promote and grow sales of portable and high‑pressure compressors, nitrogen generators, and air treatment equipment.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive customer engagement and opportunity management.
Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts with strategic customers and EPC firms.
