Job summary

Gamida-Cell Inc. is seeking a Director of Regional Accounts to lead engagement with top academic transplant centers and key accounts. The role drives adoption of Omisirge and APHEXDA through strategic plans, credible clinical messaging, and strong physician relationships.

Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional activities, developing long-term account plans, and strengthening access through market insights and payer collaboration. Travel 50–70% is expected.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of biopharmaceutical industry experience, with hematology/oncology and transplant focus.
• Experience with academic medical centers and transplant programs required.
• Prior account management or key account leadership experience preferred.
• Sales leadership in Hematology/Oncology preferred.
• Strong understanding of stem cell transplantation, cell therapy, and/or gene therapy.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement and coordination across major academic transplant centers and key accounts to optimize adoption of Omisirge and APHEXDA.
• Promote products with clinically credible, value-based messaging to transplant physicians and administrators.
• Establish trusted relationships within transplant centers with deep clinical knowledge.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans with cross-functional partners.
• Drive account-specific business plans to increase utilization and patient access.
• Ensure coordination of cross-functional activities and monitor progress against KPIs.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs to support clinical adoption within guidelines.
• Work with Market Access and payers to address reimbursement barriers.
