Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in biopharmaceuticals with focus in hematology/oncology and transplant
• Experience with academic medical centers and transplant programs required
• Willingness to travel 50–70% and operate in a matrixed environment

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement with major academic transplant centers to drive adoption of Omisirge and APHEXDA
• Develop strategic account plans with cross-functional partners (Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Operations)
• Deliver clinically credible, value-based messaging to transplant physicians and key stakeholders
• Build trusted relationships within transplant centers with deep expertise in hematologic malignancies and cell therapy
• Coordinate cross-functional activities within each account and monitor KPIs to optimize outcomes
