This fully remote role manages inbound leads, engages prospects, and nurtures relationships from first contact through multiple orders, with collaboration across Sales, Customer Success, and Support. You’ll leverage consultative selling and strong communication to identify customer needs, coordinate with internal teams, and expand life-sciences client partnerships in a fast-paced, remote-friendly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience; life sciences or lab sales is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound genotyping leads and outreach to new prospects.
• Onboard customers from registration through their seventh paid order.
• Identify decision makers, discuss colony size, genotyping costs, and pain points.
• Follow up on leads from events and campaigns to drive adoption.
• Maintain detailed account activity in Salesforce, with daily call targets.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Management to advance opportunities.
• Coordinate with Customer Success and support teams to ensure satisfaction.
