Transnetyx, Inc. seeks a Regional Account Manager to drive adoption and growth across the Greater Boston area.

This fully remote position manages inbound leads, conducts discovery, and works with Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams to deliver timely, knowledgeable service. You’ll onboard new Genotyping customers from registration through their seventh paid order, maintain detailed Salesforce activity, and collaborate with management to advance opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience; life-science background valued.
• Experience in life sciences, research services, or laboratory sales preferred.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound genotyping leads and engage new prospects via outbound calls and emails.
• Onboard and support new genotyping customers from registration through seventh paid order.
• Conduct discovery conversations to identify decision makers, colony size, genotyping approach and costs.
• Follow up on leads from trade shows, customer meetings, and campaigns to move from interest to adoption.
• Maintain detailed account activity and customer insights in Salesforce (5–7 calls per day).
• Advance qualified opportunities in collaboration with Regional Sales Management.
• Triage customer inquiries and coordinate with internal teams for seamless support.
• Participate in weekly team meetings, sales training, and annual Sales Meeting.
