Job summary

Transnetyx, a global leader in automated genotyping, seeks a Regional Account Manager for the Greater Boston area. This fully remote role manages inbound leads, develops customer relationships, and advances opportunities from first contact to ongoing adoption.

You will onboard customers through their seventh paid order, collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Support, and document activity in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
• Experience in life sciences, research services, or laboratory sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound genotyping leads and engage new prospects through outbound calls and email outreach.
• Onboard and support new genotyping customers from registration through their seventh paid order.
• Maintain detailed account activity and customer insights in Salesforce, with regular follow-ups and opportunity advancement.
