You will be the primary contact for the partner organization, coordinating with site leaders and the corporate office to ensure exceptional service, timely communications, and consistently high‑quality program delivery.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in account management, client services, operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of a large regional account with multiple locations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all account related communication and support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with site leaders, stakeholders, and corporate partners.
• Support vendor management, coordination, and communication across all locations.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and provide timely, effective solutions.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality programs and services across all sites.
• Collaborate with the corporate office to align on goals, expectations, and reporting.
• Monitor account performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
• Provide ongoing support, communication, and updates to all stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed records of account activity, issues, and resolutions.
• Follow the Impact Kids Code of Conduct and maintain the Impact Kids look at all times.
