Job summary

Ethos Risk Services is seeking a full-time Regional Account Manager to strengthen client partnerships and drive new business in the Central Texas territory. The role is remote/field-based with up to 25% travel for client meetings and business development.

You will sell Nurse Case Management, IME, Utilization Review, and Medical Bill Review to insurance carriers, TPAs, and self-insured employers. A HS diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and prior B2B sales experience is valued.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience preferred; background in medical management is a plus.
• CRM experience, specifically Salesforce, is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; HS diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Run 2-3 client meetings per week, mostly in person or virtual.
• Grow and retain an existing book of business.
• Build pipeline through daily outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
