Job summary

Ethos Risk Services is seeking a Regional Account Manager to grow client partnerships across the Southern territory. This full-time, remote role includes occasional travel and is ideal for candidates in Texas and Louisiana.

You will drive growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships in the medical management sector, guiding clients through the sales process, and coordinating with internal teams for seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and influence clients.
• Detail-oriented with outstanding problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 2-3 client meetings per week (50% virtual, 50% in-person), including travel.
• Maintain and grow an existing book of business in assigned territory.
• Make daily outreach contacts via phone, email, or other channels to drive engagement.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closure.
• Prepare impactful proposals tailored to medical management clients, highlighting Ethos' value proposition.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all sales activities in Salesforce CRM.
• Represent Ethos at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate client onboarding and drive satisfaction.
