The RAM will own downstream demand, defend business with key accounts, and drive market share while collaborating with Channel Managers and field teams. Location is Milwaukee with remote capability.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years of sales experience, CRM proficiency, and up to 50% travel. A valid driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of progressive sales experience in building products or related industry.
• 1+ years of experience with a CRM system (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
• Ability to travel outside the local market up to 50% of the time.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts and develop strategies to grow product adoption and wallet share.
• Defend existing business through relationships with dealers, distributors, builders, and contractors.
• Develop account plans, conduct reviews, and forecast performance using CRM data.
• Translate customer feedback into internal recommendations for product/pricing/service improvements.
• Collaborate with Channel Managers and field teams to drive regional growth.
