Job summary

James Hardie Building Products Inc. is seeking a Regional Account Manager for Exterior Products focused on the Central Texas region.

The RAM will manage dealer/distributor accounts, build strong relationships with builders, architects, and contractors, and drive premium product adoption while aligning with district growth strategies. The role reports to the District Sales Manager and involves prospecting, account planning, and regular business reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of progressive sales experience.
• 1+ years of experience working with a CRM system (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Account Management/Business Development.
• Identify opportunities to expand product adoption and increase market share.
• Defend business by maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.
• Serve as the key partner for dealers/distributors and market stakeholders.
• Develop account plans and execute growth targets for key accounts.
• Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess goals and needs.
• Translate customer feedback into internal recommendations for product and pricing improvements.
• Maintain CRM records and pipeline opportunities.
• Forecast account performance using data and trends.
• Engage stakeholders to drive downstream demand for Exteriors products.
