Job summary

James Hardie is seeking a Regional Account Manager for Exterior Products to own downstream demand and grow market share across assigned accounts. The RAM will defend business, expand premium product adoption, and partner with channel managers to convert demand into territory growth.

Location: Remote / Home office in the Portland Metro area, covering Portland Metro and surrounding areas. The role requires travel up to 50% and involves building long-term relationships with dealers, distributors,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of progressive sales experience.
• 1+ years of experience with a CRM system (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
• Ability to travel outside of local market up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to expand product adoption and defend business with key accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, builders, and architects.
• Develop structured account plans and conduct regular business reviews with key accounts.
• Translate customer feedback into recommendations for product, pricing, service or process improvements.
• Maintain account profiles and pipeline in CRM, forecast performance and identify trends.
• Execute market segment strategies and drive district growth targets.
