James Hardie is seeking a Regional Account Manager who will report to the District Sales Manager and manage key customer accounts focused on exterior products. This role requires developing account plans and driving growth through strong relationships and market knowledge.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree, 3+ years of sales experience preferably in building products, and CRM experience. This position is remote, allowing for flexibility in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, with an opportunity to receive competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive sales experience, preferably in the building products industry.
• 1+ years of experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Ability to travel outside local market up to 50%.
