Job summary

Impact Kids is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a large regional account with multiple locations, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence. You will be the primary point of contact for the partner organization and collaborate with site teams and the corporate office.

You will manage relationships with site leaders and stakeholders, coordinate vendor management, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure consistent, high-quality program delivery across all sites.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in account management, client services, operations, or related field.
• Experience managing large accounts or multiple locations is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large regional account with multiple locations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for account communication and support.
• Build and maintain relationships with site leaders, stakeholders, and partners.
• Support vendor management, coordination, and cross-location communication.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and provide timely solutions.
• Ensure delivery of high‑quality programs across sites.
• Collaborate with the corporate office to align goals and reporting.
• Monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide ongoing updates to stakeholders and maintain records.
