Impact Kids is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a large regional account with multiple locations, ensuring seamless communication between sites and the corporate office.

You will build strong relationships with site leaders and partners, support vendor coordination, troubleshoot issues, and drive consistent, high-quality program delivery across locations, delivering exceptional service and accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years in account management, client services, or operations.
• Experience managing large accounts across multiple locations or with corporate partners preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage and oversee all aspects of a large regional account with multiple locations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all account-related communication and support
• Build and maintain relationships with site leaders, stakeholders, and corporate partners
• Support vendor management, coordination, and communication across all locations
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and provide timely, effective solutions
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality programs and services across all sites
• Collaborate with the corporate office to align on goals, expectations, and reporting
• Monitor account performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions
• Provide ongoing support, communication, and updates to all stakeholders
• Maintain detailed records of account activity, issues, and resolutions
• Follow the Impact Kids Code of Conduct and maintain the Impact Kids look at all times
