Job summary

Impact Kids is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a large regional account across multiple locations. You will be the primary contact, build strong site and partner relationships, and coordinate with corporate teams to ensure delivery of high-quality programs.

The role requires 2–3 years in related fields and a Bachelor's degree is preferred. This remote position may involve travel between locations and offers opportunities to optimize vendor coordination and program execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in account management, client services, operations, or a related field.
• Experience managing large accounts, multiple locations, or with corporate partners preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of a large regional account with multiple locations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all account-related communication and support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with site leaders, stakeholders, and corporate partners.
• Support vendor management, coordination, and communication across all locations.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and provide timely, effective solutions.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality programs and services across all sites.
• Collaborate with the corporate office to align on goals, expectations, and reporting.
• Monitor account performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
• Provide ongoing support, communication, and updates to all stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed records of account activity, issues, and resolutions.
• Follow the Impact Kids Code of Conduct and maintain the Impact Kids look at all times.
