Job summary

AMAROK Security is seeking a Regional Account Executive for the Colorado territory. This is a true hunter role focusing on new opportunities across commercial and industrial sectors, including cold-calls, site visits, and presentations both in person and online.

The position offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions, with first-year income around $185K. Base salary ranges from $80K to $90K depending on skills and experience, with strong quarterly performance potential.

Qualifications

• Excellent relationship-building skills.
• Ability to generate and qualify leads; maintain prospect pool.
• CRM experience preferred (Salesforce a plus).
• Willingness to conduct numerous prospecting and in-person calls daily.
• Strong closing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Aggressively hunt for new opportunities within a broad set of commercial/industrial verticals.
• Engage in cold-calling, site visits, and product presentations (in-person & virtual).
• Cultivate relationships with internal and external customers to drive sales.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline through proactive lead generation and qualification.
