Job summary

CBUSA, in partnership with Buildertrend, is seeking a Region Coordinator to support independent builders by improving profitability and streamlining operations. You will help regional teams maintain accurate reporting, strengthen vendor relationships, and ensure CBUSA programs run smoothly, ultimately helping builders access savings and data-driven insights.

The role emphasizes analytics, stakeholder coordination, and contract administration, with opportunities to apply AI tools to productivity

Qualifications

• Experience in homebuilding industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review quarterly data to identify trends and assist with trade partner recruitment.
• Maintain membership records and contract documentation for new builders.
• Plan and coordinate monthly market meetings with builder and sponsor engagement.
• Guide builders and vendors through reporting, discrepancy resolution, and contract submissions.
• Serve as primary contact for reporting questions and support accounting needs.
• Oversee discrepancy resolution to ensure members receive full credit on purchases.
• Gather program data from members and assist in managing national contract participation.
