Buildertrend is partnering with CBUSA to recruit a Region Coordinator for the Tampa Bay area. You will help independent builders increase profitability by smoothing operations, maintaining accurate reporting, and strengthening vendor relationships.

The role involves coordinating monthly market meetings, managing contracts, and guiding builders through data submission and discrepancy resolution. Requires 5+ years in business operations and homebuilding industry experience; remote Florida work

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the homebuilding industry required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in business operations is preferred.
• Ability to travel locally as business needs require.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, along with Outlook and other web-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Support region leaders by reviewing quarterly data, identifying trends, and assisting with trade partner recruitment.
• Maintain accurate membership records and manage contract documentation for new builders.
• Plan and coordinate monthly market meetings, ensuring strong builder and sponsor engagement.
• Guide builders and vendors through reporting, discrepancy resolution, and contract submission.
• Serve as the go-to contact for reporting questions and support customer service and accounting needs.
• Oversee discrepancy resolution to ensure members receive full credit on purchases.
• Gather program data from members and assist in managing national contract participation.
• This role may involve the use of AI tools and technologies to support productivity and decision-making. Employees are expected to apply sound judgment when using AI-generated outputs and remain accountable for the quality and accuracy of their work
