Job summary

Simpson Strong-Tie seeks a Regional Builder Program Manager to foster builder and contractor relationships across the Rocky Mountain region. You will promote company value, lead builder workshops, and coordinate with Territory Managers to deliver specialized training on products, software CG Vision, and services.

Responsibilities include mentoring field sales reps, promoting builder education, and maintaining a robust contact database.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree preferred in a related field.
• 5 years experience with construction industry products and services.
• 3 years experience with Simpson Strong-Tie knowledge.
• 3 years experience in Sales and account management.
• Strong mathematical/analytical abilities for business problems.
• Ability to read and interpret business documents and regulations.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company with builders, customers and the industry and identify trends.
• Build trust with builder customers and promote the value of Simpson products and CG Vision.
• Enter calls in Sales Force and maintain accurate customer data.
• Develop builder workshops and training and mentor field sales teams.
