Job summary

TopDog Law is a fast-growing national personal injury firm that operates a fully remote team. We seek a Director / Senior Manager, Law Firm Analytics to build scalable analytics capabilities, partner with senior leaders, and translate data into strategic action.

You will own the analytics roadmap, drive forecasting, and empower operational decision-making across the firm. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, operations, technology, and data, with a focus on improving

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business analytics, strategy, data science, or related field with progression in scope and leadership
• Experience mentoring or managing analytics professionals
• Strong ability to partner with senior executives and influence decisions with data
• Advanced SQL and strong technical fluency; Python/R experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the Law Firm Analytics roadmap
• Partner with senior leaders to identify high-impact opportunities for data-informed decision making
• Establish prioritization frameworks for analytics initiatives
• Build a culture of analytical rigor, accountability, and problem-solving
• Define measurement and forecasting approaches and support frontline workflows with insights
• Develop team capability to move from reporting to actionable insights
