Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience (required).
• Medical Terminology (preferred).
• Epic experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients and verify insurance eligibility via the real-time eligibility (RTE) tool.
• Pre-register patients and validate data accuracy.
• Serve as liaison between providers, patients, insurance companies and clinical departments; manage orders in work queues.
• Meet turnaround requirements and quality metrics.
