Trusted Results Therapy Group is seeking a Remote Referral Coordinator to manage the intake process for behavioral health services. You will triage referrals, schedule appointments, and act as the main contact for referring providers.

Ideal candidates have strong phone skills, prior medical/behavioral health admin experience, and familiarity with insurance platforms. This role is SC/TX/IL/CO resident only.

Competenze

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in health sciences, psychology, or a related field
• 1+ year of experience in a medical or behavioral health administrative role
• Strong phone communication and patient-facing skills
• Experience as a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) or medical scheduler
• Familiarity with insurance platforms, Dialpad
• Bilingual — a plus

The Referral Coordinator manages the referral intake process from receipt through scheduling, ensuring patients are triaged, matched with the appropriate provider, and scheduled promptly. This role serves as a key point of contact for incoming referrals and patient outreach, working closely with the intake team to deliver a smooth experience from first contact through appointment scheduling.

Referral Intake & Triage

• Upload referral and insurance eligibility verification into Atlas
• Triage and tag service type — therapy, medication management, psychological testing, or a combination
• Patient Outreach & Scheduling
• Notify referring provider upon receipt of referral
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in health sciences, psychology, or a related field
