Job summary

Trusted Results Therapy Group is seeking a remote Referral Intake & Triage Coordinator to manage referrals from intake to scheduling. You will triage service types and coordinate with providers, insurance platforms, and schedulers to ensure prompt, accurate patient placement.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in medical or behavioral health administration, strong phone and patient-facing skills, familiarity with Atlas and Dialpad, and a related degree.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a medical or behavioral health administrative role.
• Strong phone communication and patient-facing skills.
• Experience as a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) or medical scheduler.
• Familiarity with insurance platforms, Dialpad.
• Bilingual — a plus.

The Referral Coordinator manages the referral intake process from receipt through scheduling, ensuring patients are triaged, matched with the appropriate provider, and scheduled promptly. This role serves as a key point of contact for incoming referrals and patient outreach, working closely with the intake team to deliver a smooth experience from first contact through appointment scheduling.
