Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Remote Recruitment Specialist to join a fully remote team. Based anywhere in South Africa, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients, sourcing passives and actives, conducting virtual interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

You should excel at online sourcing, use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, communicate effectively virtually, and maintain ATS records.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or Consultant.
• Ability to work independently and manage a full recruitment desk remotely.
• Proficiency with online sourcing tools and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients remotely.
• Source active and passive candidates using digital channels.
• Conduct virtual interviews and assessments to evaluate fit.
• Build strong candidate relationships through online communication and engagement.
• Collaborate with client hiring managers via video conferencing and digital tools.
