Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Remote Recruitment Specialist to join a fully remote team. Based anywhere in South Africa, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients, sourcing passives and actives, conducting virtual interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

You should excel at online sourcing, use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, communicate effectively virtually, and maintain ATS records.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple clients, operating entirely remotely.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques across online platforms, social media, and professional networks to identify passive and active candidates.
• Conduct comprehensive virtual interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for diverse roles.
• Build and nurture strong candidate relationships through effective online communication and engagement strategies.
• Collaborate closely with client hiring managers via video conferencing and digital tools to understand their needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or Consultant, with a strong track record of successful placements.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a full recruitment desk remotely.
• Proficiency in using various online sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and digital communication platforms.
• Excellent virtual interviewing, assessment, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
