Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of recruitment experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates and team members.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and candidate engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process to ensure a positive experience.
• Utilize sourcing techniques such as social media, networking, and job boards to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Provide hiring managers with market insights and candidate profiles to aid decision-making.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
