Job summary

Endeavor Agency is seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead our national recruiting program. You will own 40–50 open roles at times, partnering with senior leaders to streamline processes across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and Corporate.

The role is remote with one in-office day weekly in Costa Mesa for about three hours. The position requires 3+ years in talent acquisition, strong sourcing, interviews and reporting skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume pipeline across multiple

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition and/or HR with full-cycle recruiting.
• Ability to manage a high volume of open roles across multiple states.
• Creative sourcing skills and strong interviewing abilities.
• Proven reporting on recruiting metrics and process improvements.
• Excellent communication with candidates, managers and executives, plus discretion.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for 30–40 open roles across 17 states.
• Source via job boards, LinkedIn, social media and referrals.
• Partner with senior and regional managers to forecast needs.
• Keep candidates informed with timely updates and feedback.
• Prepare offers including compensation, relocation or sign-on requests.
• Manage relationships with boards/agencies to maximize ROI.
• Build recruiting reports on vacancies, headcount, time-to-fill, KPIs.
