Job summary

Atlas Global Talent is seeking an experienced 1099 Recruitment Business Development Consultant based in the United States for a fully remote, commission-only role. The position focuses on opening doors, developing client relationships, and generating new recruitment business while our team handles candidate delivery.

The opportunity offers complete flexibility with no fixed hours, allowing you to work 10 hours one week and 40 the next, building a portfolio of accounts and earning commissions

Qualifications

• Recruitment business development experience is valuable.
• Strong B2B sales experience in logistics, transportation, freight brokerage or related industries is preferred.
• Ability to identify opportunities and engage hiring managers and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Develop new recruitment clients and generate vacancies for Atlas Global Talent.
• Identify target companies and contact hiring managers through calls, email and LinkedIn.
• Research markets, approach prospects, and articulate Atlas Global Talent's services.
• Secure recruitment opportunities and establish terms with new clients.
• Hand over opportunities to recruitment consultants to deliver candidates.
