Qualifications

• D2D experience preferred or required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Maintain organized notes and statuses in ATS.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 6–10 Zoom interviews daily.
• Assess grit, communication, and D2D readiness.
• Ask questions that reveal mindset and coachability.
• Maintain clean notes in ATS and provide next steps.
• Coordinate with CSAs/CSMs to support client needs.
