Nomadic is seeking a Managing Recruitment Consultant for Data Center & Mission-Critical Infrastructure. This fully remote US-wide position offers a base salary up to $120,000 plus up to 30% uncapped commission and milestone bonuses of $50k+ upon $1M billings.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of agency recruitment experience in Data Centers, Critical Power, HVAC/R, MEP, or Heavy Commercial/Industrial Construction.
• Proven track record of candidate delivery production or strong 360 billings.
• Domain knowledge of construction project hierarchies, MEP commissioning, site operations, and technical terminology.
• Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Niche Sourcing & Headhunting: Target high-demand executive, engineering, and site leadership positions across the defined sectors.
• Data Center Construction & Ops: Project Directors, Construction Managers, Project Managers, DC Design Managers, and Site Operations Leaders.
• Critical Power & MEP: Power Systems Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Commissioning Managers, and Field Leadership.
• HVAC/R & Facilities Management: Controls Technicians, Chiller/HVAC Specialists, Hard FM/M&E Engineers, and Account Directors.
• Territory Strategy: Map out and tap into high-growth mission-critical hubs across Texas, the Midwest, Southeast, and East Coast.
• Candidate & Client Management: Manage the full hiring lifecycle, from screening to onboarding.
