Job summary

Desort, a dental recruitment firm, seeks a remote Business Development Representative to grow our nationwide client base in the United States. This is a commission-only, flexible-schedule role with uncapped earning potential, designed for proactive sales professionals who enjoy prospecting and closing new business.

You will prospect dental practices coast-to-coast, reach owners and HR leaders, and use cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and outbound strategies to present Desort’s recruitment services.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, recruiting, or staffing.
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Ability to identify and reach the right decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Prospect dental practices nationwide and identify new business opportunities.
• Reach practice owners, office managers, HR leaders, and hiring decision-makers.
• Cold call, email, use LinkedIn, and conduct outbound outreach.
• Introduce and sell Desort's recruitment and staffing services.
• Identify hiring needs and convert prospects into new clients.
• Follow up consistently and manage a pipeline of prospects.
• Build long-term relationships with dental practices.
• Work with our recruiting team to support client hiring needs.
