Job summary

Revolution Field Strategies (RFS) is seeking a Recruitment Associate who will support sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent. This remote role reports to the Deputy National Recruitment Director and offers a $54,000 to $66,000 salary range based on experience and skill set.

We expect 40+ hours per week, with 50+ hours during peak summer and fall periods, and occasional evenings or weekends. Full-time employment includes health, dental, and vision benefits, with travel and lodging

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of recruitment, operations, or administrative experience is required.
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple processes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Enjoys working collaboratively and is willing to pitch in to reach goals.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, collegial attitude.

Responsibilities

• Be a key team member of the company’s high volume recruitment team.
• Screen, interview, and onboard candidates remotely.
• Ensure that the organization’s applicant tracking system is effectively used to provide accurate recruitment metrics.
• Work closely with the National Operations Department to ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws and company policies.
• Must be willing to work 50 hours per week for the duration of employment, which may include weekends and evenings.
